As expected after his awful performance in the final four, Jason Castro was voted off Idol tonight. Just found it so like him to actually look relieved after he was told he was leaving. I’m sure the post show interviews are going to be hilarious.
So final three are the two Davids and Syesha. Syesha has lasted longer than she should have. Again, unless there’s a major fluke, the top two will be the two Davids, with the odds against Cook. I remember what Simon said during the earlier part of the competition to Cook, that he could turn out to be the dark horse of the competition. And after he turned in week after week of original performances, his album will hopefully be an interesting one.
On to the finale!

Yeah, his performance last Wednesday was dismal. It even made me cringe and switch channels. I would have been surprised to see him stay.
So…who are you rooting for?
