As the storm battered the Philippines and close to 700 people are missing after a Sulpicio Lines ferry sank, President Arroyo is on another U.S. trip. Sheesh. What does she keep wanting to go back to the U.S. for? She sure loves to travel.
The rain was relentless. The power went off, so did the phone. And we found out that part of our house has a leaky roof!
