Pork chop!

My first pork chop. Cooked at 1 a.m. Kikoman, garlic powder (because I didn’t have fresh garlic), sauteed in olive oil.
It was really good. Tender, not tough. Cooked just about right (who knew I had it in me?).
Eaten with salted duck egg bought from the market. And white rice on the side.
